Hiking together in nature on the Flensburg Fjord is on the program here. It is designed to promote mindfulness, reduce stress and strengthen resilience. During the guided hikes in the beautiful forest area of Glücksburg, at the castle and on the beach in Sandwig, you can relax. Sharpen your senses and enjoy the moment. You will be guided through various mindfulness practices with meditation, breathing exercises and gentle movements. Run & Discover: Experience Glücksburg on foot

Running unites - and together we want to conquer the most beautiful sides of Glücksburg on the run! Discover the beautiful Holnis peninsula, the tranquillity of the woods and part of the traditional Ostseeman circuit. I will provide a variety of running routes. The course is not a performance course, but a shared experience: we run at an adapted pace that is comfortable for everyone. You should be able to run about 8 kilometers at an easy pace.

Yin Yoga - gentle regeneration
